Earn points every time you order calibrations for your industrial hygiene and safety test equipment. Build points, redeem, repeat. Use our RMA System to place your orders. For every $500 you spend on our calibration services, earn 500 points and receive a coupon code for $25 off your next calibration with us. One coupon code per order. Points do expire, so use them before you lose them.

Join and You Are Rewarded 25 Welcome Points!

Create an account with CIH Equipment Company to join, or sign in if you have an existing account. If you are a new customer, please click to create a New Account with us and you are rewarded with 25 points automatically just for signing up! Visit What to Expect to learn more about being a CIH Equipment Company customer. If you are already our customer, you are automatically enrolled and received 25 reward points as a ‘thank you’ for being a loyal customer. On the CIH Rewards button, once you Sign in to your account, you will see the 25 points on the CIH Rewards button.

How Do I Earn Points?

Starting April 19, 2021, use our RMA System to place your orders. Get 1 point for every $1 you spend (excluding any shipping fees and taxes). For every $500 you spend, earn and use 500 points to redeem $25 off your next purchase.

How Can I Use My Points?

Open the CIH Rewards Program button found on the lower left of the page on www.cihequipment.com.
Login to your account.

Click on Points & Rewards

Click on ‘Redeem Now’
Redeem Now
Click on ‘Coupons’ Tab, then click ‘Apply Coupon’ or Copy ‘Coupon Code’.

Then Go to Submit an RMA Page. Then the Coupon already applied in the Discount Section on right side.

How Do I Check My Points Balance?

Sign in to your account, click on the Points & Rewards tab, and then look at the My Points section on the right side. Here, you can view your available points.

When Will My Points Expire?

Points are accrued and expired as follows.

More about the RMA System

The Work Order Form is being phased out and the only way to build points and redeem your rewards is if you place your order through the RMA System. For a brief tutorial on the RMA system, please view the video and step-by-step instructions on the RMA Instructions page. Note: If you don’t see your equipment listed in the RMA System, please call us at 1-888-873-2443 and we will add it.
