From the navigation bar, go to Calibrations and RMA, then All Calibrations and RMA. Select your equipment type and model from the partial list. If you do not see your make and model, please try the Search function at the top of the screen, or just call us at 1-888-873-2443 and we'll add it.

Choose from these options for calibration:

Standard NIST Calibration - This service provides a calibration certificate with a calibration date and calibration due date. A traceability statement is provided. Measurement parameters not meeting the test specifications (out of tolerance) are identified and reported on the certificate. Our standards used to calibrate equipment are also listed on the certificate.
NIST with As Found Data - For ‘As Found Data’, we take the readings prior to the calibration process you’re your comparison. This will show you if the unit was out of calibration before it was sent to us. This service provides a calibration certificate with a calibration date and calibration due date. A traceability statement is provided. Measurement parameters not meeting the test specifications (out of tolerance) are identified and reported on the certificate. Our standards used to calibrate equipment are also listed on the certificate.
A2LA Accredited Calibration - Instruments are calibrated in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 within our approved scope of accreditation. Accredited calibrations provide a certificate of calibration with the accrediting body's logo on the document. The calibration date, date of issue is on the certificate, and the calibration due date are only placed on the document when specified by the customer or contractually agreed. Customers name and address. A traceability statement is provided. Measurement data and uncertainty for each parameter tested during the calibration is provided. Our standards used to calibrate equipment are also listed on the certificate.
Evaluation - If you want us to evaluate your equipment for issues, or repair. For any reason we are not able to calibrate your equipment, a $97.00 evaluation fee will be charged per item.
Warranty - CIH offers a 60 day warranty on your calibration. This is for our time to evaluate a piece of equipment that was recently calibrated. This does not cover any repairs or parts that might be needed.
