ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and A2LA accredited laboratory, and ANSI Z540-1 compliant, means that a comprehensive assessment has been conducted by The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). This assessment addresses the competence of the staff, an inspection of the facility, a review of calibration procedures, analysis of traceability and an appraisal of the processes used by the laboratory as well as the calibration equipment. This accreditation is used to distinguish calibration, repair and testing laboratories to verify their competence to carry out calibration services.

CIH Equipment Company uses in-house developed proprietary processes which have been developed and maintained by our technical staff and laboratory management. In many cases, this calibration practice exceeds the manufactures calibration processes. All processes are NIST traceable.

CIH does not require you obtain a RMA number from us prior to shipping in your equipment to us for calibration or repair services. We do however, REQUIRE, a work order form to be included in every shipping container so our receiving department has the specific contact and billing information along with the type equipment service requested.
