Moisture meters can detect moisture in a number of surfaces for building quality and finding potential leaks. We can calibrate these meters with a known effective moisture content value for accuracy.
Many instruments that aren’t designed specifically to measure temperature and humidity still have the sensors to, this is commonly done so that the user knows that they are in the operating range of the device or that measurements might change depending on the ambient temperature and humidity. To ensure the device is properly functioning in its stated range we can test temperature and relative humidity that would fit most workplace environments by using a controlled climate chamber using a sophisticated algorithm to keep temperature and humidity stable and a NIST traceable temperature and humidity probe to verify results.
RTD(Resistance Temperature Detector) thermometers are able to cover a wide range of temperatures due to changes in resistance of the probe, allowing the sensors to be used in basically any application that requires precise temperature monitoring. We calibrate these sensors in a blackbody calibrator that keeps a steady temperature without inaccuracies by absorbing all radiation and our own high accuracy temperature sensor.
IR thermometers allow reading high temperature surfaces at a safe distance without risk for injury, used in a variety of professions from HVAC to aerospace. We calibrate these thermometers using a high accuracy, high emissivity OMEGA black body calibrator, testing temperature points across the range of your device.
IR thermal cameras use a “thermal pixel” display to show temperature differences visibly on a screen, sometimes overlaying an actual display for easier visibility. A color gradient is applied for the temperature range to easily and quickly spot large differences, such as a machine overheating and glowing brightly, or one not glowing at all showing its broken down at some point. By using a high accuracy, high emissivity OMEGA black body calibrator, we can calibrate these cameras for maximum reliability.
