TECHNICAL STAFF

	David J. Silver, Ph.D., CIH (Retired) President and CEO of CIH Equipment Company, Inc. With over 35 years experience in servicing national Health and Safety businesses, Dr. Silver is an expert in the industrial hygiene field. He studied Chemistry, Industrial Hygiene, Toxicology and Biology at Wayne State University. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Hygiene at the University of South Florida.
	Anthony Ruocco Anthony is our Deputy Lab Manager and has been with CIH for a little less than a year. He graduated from the University of South Florida Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
	Robert Backus (Bob) Prior to coming to work at CIH, Bob worked for General Electric as a certified on-line analyzer technician, Gas Chromatograph, mass-spectrometer, and wet laboratory technician for 10 years. He was also a Certified Electrician for 15 years and lead biomedical technician for 11 years
	John Russell John has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida. Prior to CIH, he worked at an aviation instrument company as a mechanical engineer intern. He is also a military veteran and served with the Coast Guard.
	Maria Weiss Maria moved to the USA from Bulgaria five years ago with an Associates in Robotics. Prior to CIH, she worked for electro-vision STM LTD. She would confirm the the tolerance of the following tests - illumination; Impedance of the "phase - protected" wire loop; Insulation resistance, Protective earthing installations, protective grounding installations, Microclimate, Noise, and Vibration.
	Robert Marcolini (Rob) Rob is a transplant from NY state and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked in the field for over 20 years in various positions, HVAC Engineer, Bearing Engineer and a vocational instructor.
	Sirlei De Olivera Sirlei moved here from Brazil. She graduated in 2014 from Unianchieta Jundiai – SP – Brazil with a Chemical Engineering degree. Prior to moving to the USA, she worked for Hexis Cientifica, as a volume calibration technician. She also worked at Parker-Lord conducting Physicochemical tests, quality documents for chemical exports and ISO 9001 audits.

Meet our Administration Support Staff

	Pamela Bittaker CFO/Operations Manager/Business Development Pam has been with CIH for eight years as CFO/Ops mgr. With an Accounting degree and over 20 years of management experience in the automotive industry as Asst. Comptroller and Asst. Finance Manager, she is an excellent choice to handle CIH's daily operations
	Tonya Whitmer Customer Service Manager Tonya has 30 plus years experience in leadership, management, sales and service. Prior to CIH Equipment 14 years with Verizon Wireless in leadership and business credit and sales. She is completing her Associates Degree in Business Management and Administration in 2024.
	Kellie Forrest Customer Service After attending SUNY Morrisville College and Central City Business Institute, she worked in retails sales in various positions for 3 years and settled into the financial banking industry. Prior to working for CIH Equipment she worked at NBT Bank for 21 years. She has several years of excellent customer service experience and developed a strong set of office managerial skills.
	Kathi Dunn Administrative Assistant Kathi Dunn grew up in Maine, came to Florida in 1988. Was in the Mortgage Industry for 30+ years before coming to work at CIH.
	Rick Whitmer Quality Control / IT Rick has many years of experience in Quality Control and Technical Support. Prior to CIH Equipment he has worked for Verizon Wireless, Security at Scott's Miracle Grow and one of the first Internet providers near his home-town. His attention to detail and knowledge of quality standards is vital to our business.

	Egbert Pintos Building Maintenance Manager Egbert provides support services for our laboratories in terms of carpentry, welding, plumbing, HVAC, repair and help in shipping. Egbert is working on completing his IT degree in 2024.
