Handheld Torque Wrench Calibration
- Range: 21to 250 ft.lb ISO 17025:2017 Accredited 5 to 1000 ft.lb NIST
Whether its a dial, digital, beam or click, all manual torque wrenches are meant to give an indication that a desired torque has been achieved, not going over which can damage a bolt, or under that can cause something to come loose and massive failure to occur. We calibrate using a torque testing with a high accuracy transducer and high gear ratio turning to ensure tools are accurate down to a fraction of a foot pound.
Torque Transducer and Tester Calibration
- Range: 5 to 500 ft.lb NIST Only
In order to keep your tools in check every time before working on a job a torque tester or torque transducer and display set up lets you see when your tools are working as they’re supposed to and when they might need to be replaced. Our calibration further cements the accuracy of any torque testing, and adds NIST traceability to any measurements providing maximum peace of mind that equipment is up to spec. We use the most accurate method of torque calibration, a lever arm and known traceable weights to produce pure torque on your transducer eliminating extraneous forces that can cause error.
Hydraulic Torque Wrench Calibration
- Range: 350 to 4400 ft.lb ISO 17025:2017 Accredited, 50 to 6000 ft.lb (NIST only)
While a hydraulic torque wrench is the go-to for high torque jobs, without trusting those torque values the tool is near useless. We provide that trust by calibrating your wrench using a NIST traceable high range torque transducer, and 10000 psi pressure gauge giving you a torque chart from 1000 to 10000 psi for your tool. Using a reliable TorsionX hydraulic pump and custom-made adapters we can calibrate both square drive and low-profile hydraulic torque wrenches.
Expedited services are available for a fee: 24, 48, or 72-hour rush options. Our standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days.
