It is our priority at CIH Equipment Company and EGas Depot to keep our employees and our customers safe. We want to let you know we are continuing regular business operations since the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have enacted additional safety procedures and precautions advised by the CDC.
Your equipment is wiped down when unpacked, after testing and before shipping. This helps to minimize the possibility of spreading the virus to you and to our employees. Due to these extra protocols we have put in place, the receiving time into our system and overall turnaround have been extended.
